Trimbakeshwar Temple is located between three hills. Godavari River, which flows through the southern part of India, has its origin on Brahmagiri Mountain, which is located near Trimbakeshwar Temple. The temple has many water bodies and shrines. The entire temple structure is made out of black basalt rock.
